This special evening features a thoughtfully crafted five-course dinner, with each course expertly paired with exceptional wines from The Ojai Vineyard. Start with a delightful baked brie fromage paired with a 2024 Viognier, followed by a sweet corn and crab meat soup with a 2023 Chardonnay. The main course includes Kurobuta pork tenderloin medallions served with a shitake mushroom crème sauce, and New Zealand beef short ribs slow oven roasted with root vegetables and Syrah demi-glace over mashed potatoes. To finish, indulge in a flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis paired with a 2022 Syrah.
