Wassailfest is an annual tradition in downtown New Braunfels, bringing the community together to kick off the holiday season. Enjoy free wassail tastings, festive lights, and live music from local school choirs while sampling unique recipes from businesses, non-profits, and organizations. What is wassail? It’s a traditional German holiday beverage made with warm, spiced apple drink, cranberry juice, orange juice, and other spices and flavors. It may contain alcohol (leaded) or be alcohol-free (unleaded)! Mark your calendars and come celebrate the holiday season with us!
