Halloween is haunting Downtown Arcadia! Join us for a festive evening filled with fun on Friday, October 30. The event runs from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at the intersection of First Avenue and Huntington Drive. Stop by the Arcadia Police Department’s booth for some Halloween treats and check out our Halloween-decorated ARV, perfect for photo ops! Children can enjoy a Trunk-or-Treat hosted by Holly Avenue PTSA, along with games organized by the City of Arcadia. We can't wait to see everyone in their costumes, so come out and celebrate the spooky season with us!
